Agreement and eligibility
By accessing or using Aura, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be legally able to enter this agreement. If you use Aura for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.
The service
Aura provides AI-assisted research, analysis, writing, files, artifacts, memory, sharing, and connected-app workflows. Features may be experimental, labeled beta, limited by usage credits, or changed as the product develops.
We aim to keep Aura available, but we do not promise that every feature, provider, app connection, or result will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. We may add, change, suspend, or remove features when reasonably necessary.
Your account
Provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account and for making sure people who use Aura through your organization follow these terms.
Your content
You keep ownership of prompts, files, data, and other content you submit. You grant Aura the limited rights needed to host, copy, process, transmit, display, and otherwise use that content to provide, secure, and support the service and the actions you request.
You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for the content you submit and for any connected data you direct Aura to access. You control whether to create a public share link and are responsible for the information made available through it.
AI output and review
AI and tool outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for your situation. Review important outputs, sources, files, and proposed actions before relying on them, especially for legal, medical, financial, employment, safety, or other high-impact decisions.
Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use output generated for you. Similar or identical output may be generated for other users, and Aura does not guarantee that output is unique or eligible for intellectual-property protection.
Acceptable use
Do not use Aura, its providers, or connected apps to do any of the following:
- Break the law, evade sanctions or access controls, or facilitate regulated activity without required authorization.
- Create or enable malware, abuse, harassment, exploitation, physical harm, or instructions designed to cause serious harm.
- Probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass security, rate limits, usage accounting, or technical restrictions.
- Impersonate others, misrepresent AI output as verified fact, send spam, or conduct deceptive or fraudulent activity.
- Infringe privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, confidentiality, or other rights, or submit content you are not authorized to use.
Connected services and actions
You choose which external services to connect and which actions Aura may request. You are responsible for reviewing scopes, keeping connected accounts authorized, and confirming sensitive or irreversible actions before they are completed.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms, fees, availability, and privacy practices. Aura is not responsible for a third party’s service or for changes it makes after an action leaves Aura.
Credits and paid features
Some features may require credits or payment. Credits are a service-use unit, not money, and may be subject to the grant, plan, expiry, or promotional terms shown when they are issued. Prices, taxes, renewal terms, and refund rules for paid features will be disclosed at purchase; mandatory consumer rights still apply.
Aura rights
Aura and its licensors retain rights in the service, software, interface, branding, documentation, and underlying systems. These terms give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the service as intended; they do not transfer ownership of Aura technology or trademarks.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using Aura at any time. We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address a security risk, legal requirement, non-payment, abuse, or a material breach of these terms. Where practical, we will give notice and a chance to resolve the issue. Access to stored content is not guaranteed indefinitely after an account ends.
Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Aura is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot legally be excluded.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Aura’s operator and suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from use of the service. Any liability that cannot be excluded is limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Changes, disputes, and contact
We may update these terms as Aura changes. The revised terms will be posted here with a new date. If a change is material, we will provide additional notice when reasonably required; continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised terms.
Before starting a formal claim, please raise the issue through a verified Aura support channel so both sides can try to resolve it. Mandatory consumer protections and any court rights that cannot be waived remain unaffected.
For questions about these terms, use the verified support channel shown inside Aura or in official Aura communications.
